Description

What better way to kick start your day than with this yummy peanut butter mocha smoothie made with soy milk, banana, coffee, and vegan yogurt. 


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup chilled brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk yogurt¬†(any non-dairy yogurt will work)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve chilled.
