I won’t pretend to be the ultimate party planner, but I thought it would be fun to talk about how to feed your guests when throwing a fun game night get-together! Now that we no longer live in a basement (i.e. dungeon) apartment, we are looking forward to having people over more often! For this post, I collaborated with Quinn popcorn to come up with a great little game night kit giveaway so you’ll be prepared to host your own game night soon! (I haven’t done a giveaway in ages!) Included in the kit: a set of bowls, playing cards, small notebook, pencils, and 4 tumbler glasses. In addition, Quinn will send some coupons for their tasty popcorn and a Target gift card! Don’t miss out. 🙂
Now, a few tips on how to host a game night:
- Pick a game that suits your guests’ personalities. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t really be game for a round of Dungeons and Dragons, but Cards Against Humanity? Sure thing! Depending on your audience, you could see if anyone fancies placing some bets on a few rounds of poker to spice things up a bit, just make sure you get the upper hand before by going online and following this link dewapoker will help you brush up your skills in no time.
- Invite the right number of people. You don’t want people to miss out on the action!
- Have lots of snacks available. Have a variety of options available for people to snack on throughout the night. Some of my favorite snacks include: Quinn popcorn, nuts, cheese, hummus and crackers, and something sweet like cookies.
- Serve a fun cocktail. Sure wine and beer are an easy option, but why not surprise your guests with a tasty cocktail like this ginger grapefruit cocktail?
