This refreshing beet, carrot, and mint juice is a great source of nutrients that support healthy skin, immune function, and prevent inflammation.
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 2 small beets, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (~2 tablespoons juice)
- 4–5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Combine all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth. Pour the contents into a nut bag or colander that is lined with a cheese cloth. Gather the four corners of the cloth, twist, and squeeze the juice out of the puree. Serve immediately.
