Add the flavors of your favorite chai to your breakfast with this chai spiced oatmeal recipe sweetened with Truvia Nectar.


  • 1 cup water
  • 3 bags chai tea
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/21 teaspoon Truvia Nectar


  1. Add water and tea bags to a small saucepan. Heat until just about to simmer and then turn off the heat and let tea steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
  2. In the same pot, add the oatmeal, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Cook over medium–high heat, stirring frequently until liquid is absorbed. Stir in Truvia Nectar.
  3. Serve with additional almond milk and toppings of your choice.
