Add the flavors of your favorite chai to your breakfast with this chai spiced oatmeal recipe sweetened with Truvia Nectar.
- 1 cup water
- 3 bags chai tea
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- 1/2–1 teaspoon Truvia Nectar
- Add water and tea bags to a small saucepan. Heat until just about to simmer and then turn off the heat and let tea steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
- In the same pot, add the oatmeal, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Cook over medium–high heat, stirring frequently until liquid is absorbed. Stir in Truvia Nectar.
- Serve with additional almond milk and toppings of your choice.
