Description

This simple and delicious vegan ranch dressing is made extra creamy with vegan yogurt and sour cream mixed with parsley, garlic, and onion to punch up the flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened plain vegan yogurt (I used Forager brand)
  • 1/3 cup vegan sour cream (I used Tofutti brand)
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk well to combine. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. 

Notes

Makes ~9 oz dressing.
