Description

This mocha chia pudding combines two of my favorite things, coffee and chocolate, to create a healthy breakfast that tastes like a decadent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Toppings: coconut flakes, berries, pecans

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk well to combine. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm or overnight.
  2. Serve with your favorite toppings.
