Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients You'll Need - Frozen mixed berries - Banana - Milk (I use soy milk) - Protein powder (I use Ritual vanilla protein powder)

Add all of your smoothie ingredients (berries, banana, milk, protein powder) to a blender.

Puree until smooth. Add more liquid if needed to thin out the smoothie.

Pour into a glass and serve! Garnish with more berries and hemp hearts if desired.
