Ginger Grapefruit Cocktail

This pretty in pink ginger grapefruit cocktail is perfect for Valentine's day!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 3 ounces fresh squeezed grapefruit juice strained
  • Ice
  • Soda water

Instructions

  • Fill two high ball glasses with some ice.
  • Squeeze grapefruit and strain through a fine sieve or cheese cloth to remove pulp. Pour into a cocktail shaker or mason jar.
  • Add gin and and ginger liqueur to your shaker or jar. Shake well to combine.
  • Divide mixture between two prepared glasses. Top off with soda water and garnish with grapefruit wedges.
