Blueberry Pie Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like blueberry pie in a glass - a tasty way to start your morning if you ask me!

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Honey or maple syrup for additional sweetness if needed


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.


Note: this smoothie will thicken as it sits so you may have to add more milk if you save the second serving for the next day.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, feel free to add some honey or a couple of dates.
