1/2lemonjuiced (~2 tablespoons juice)
4-5fresh mint leaves
Combine all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth. Pour the contents into a nut bag or colander that is lined with a cheese cloth. Gather the four corners of the cloth, twist, and squeeze the juice out of the puree. Serve immediately.
