- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/3 cup corn
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked pinto beans
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
In a quart sized jar, add ranch dressing and salsa. Layer the rest of the ingredients in the jar in the order listed above.
To serve, dump contents of jar into a large bowl and toss.
