Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. 

Mix together the wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. 

Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter. Stir in the walnuts and raisins. 

Transfer the baked oatmeal batter to a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake 40 minutes or until firm. 

Allow to cool for 5 minutes or so before cutting and serving. Drizzle with vanilla yogurt if desired.
