INGREDIENTS

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Press the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake until golden brown. 

Allow it to cool completely before breaking into bite sized pieces.

Store in a jar in the pantry for up to 2 weeks. The perfect healthy snack!
