Easy Vegan Baked Oatmeal

Mash the banana with a fork in a large mixing bowl.

Stir in the rest of the wet ingredients. 

Add the dry ingredients and walnuts. Stir to combine. 

Transfer the baked oatmeal batter to a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake 40 minutes or until firm. 

Allow to cool for 5 minutes or so before cutting and serving. Add peanut butter and sliced banana.
