Healthy Homemade  Vegan Granola


Add all of your homemade granola ingredients except the coconut flakes to a large mixing bowl.

Stir together your granola until everything is well mixed. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet and bake.

Add coconut flakes to the granola about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Allow granola to cool completely before breaking apart.

Serve with yogurt, milk, smoothie bowl, chia pudding or on its own as a snack!
