Oven Roasted Cabbage w/Tahini Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Slice cabbage into 1/3 to 1/2 inch slices. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

Roast until golden brown on bottom, flip and roast until fork tender. 

While the cabbage roasts in the oven, make the tahini miso sauce.

Drizzle cabbage with the tahini sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

This tahini sauce is great on a variety of veggies like eggplant and cauliflower.
