Vegan Apple Crisp
Peel and chop apples. Add apples, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and maple syrup to large bowl.
Add apples to square glass baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
While apples start baking - add crisp topping ingredients to a small mixing bowl and mix together with your fingers or a fork.
Spread crisp topping over apples. Bake for another 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender when pierced with a paring knife.
Allow crisp to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Crisp also freezes well.
Serve warm apple crisp with a dollop of vegan vanilla ice cream.
