INGREDIENTS

Add mayo, mustard, relish, turmeric, black salt, garlic powder, and chives to a bowl and whisk together.

Crumble the tofu into bite sized pieces with your fingers or a fork.

Combine the mayo mixture and crumbled tofu. Taste and add more salt/pepper if needed.

Serve as a sandwich with toasted sourdough bread.
