Carrot and  Ginger Juice

MADE IN A BLENDER!

INGREDIENTS

Add all of your ingredients plus 3/4 cup to 1 cup of water.

Puree until smooth.

Fit a fine mesh strainer over a bowl and line with cheesecloth. Add juice puree and press to remove pulp.

Serve in a glass with ice (if desired). Recipe makes 2 servings. 

Optional variations:  - Add turmeric - Add a dash of cayenne - Use orange instead of apple

Store any leftovers in a jar in the fridge.
