Blueberry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients You'll Need - Frozen blueberries - Banana - Milk - Yogurt - Almond butter - Oats - Vanilla

Add all of your smoothie ingredients (blueberries,  yogurt, banana, milk, oats) to a blender.

Puree until smooth. Add more liquid or ice to adjust the consistency of the smoothie.

Pour into a glass and serve! Garnish with grapefruit slices and hemp hearts if desired.
