INGREDIENTS

Add the hot coffee and cocoa powder to a bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the rest of the chia pudding ingredients and stir well. 

Chill until thickened - at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

Topping suggestions: berries, granola, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, nut butter, or shaved chocolate.
