Double Chocolate Banana Muffins

INGREDIENTS

Make the flax egg, then add all the wet ingredients and mashed banana to a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. 

Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir just until combined. Add to a muffin tin.

Bake until they are puffy and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into a muffin.

Muffins freeze well if you want to bake now and serve later. 

These muffins make a great afternoon snack!
