Easy Vegan Banana Bread

Add the flax egg and banana to a large mixing bowl. Use fork to mash banana.
Add the rest of the wet ingredients (maple syrup, oil, and milk) and stir.
Stir together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Stir in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Add the batter and top with extra walnuts and chocolate chips.
Bake until golden brown. Use the extra parchment paper to lift loaf out of the pan.
This banana bread freezes well if you want to store leftovers for later!
