Add oil to a skillet and crumble in the tempeh. Saute until golden brown.

While the tempeh browns whisk together the sauce ingredients. In a separate small bowl, make the cornstarch slurry.

Saute the sauce until thickened, stirring in the cornstarch slurry. Toss to coat the tempeh in sauce.

While the tempeh cooks, make the broccoli and rice. 

Assemble your bowls with quinoa, cauliflower, hummus, tzatziki, and fresh veggies.
