Vegan Double Chocolate Cookies

Cream together the butter and sugars in a bowl.

Whisk together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until thick dough forms. 

Add heaping tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet and bake. 

Allow to cool a minute or two on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.

These freeze well so make a double batch!
