INGREDIENTS

Add chopped onion and peppers to dutch oven with olive oil.

Add the chipotles, garlic, and spices and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Add the beer, broth, and canned tomatoes. Simmer for 30-40 minutes until thickened.

Garnish finished chili with cheese, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and cilantro.

Want to make it in a slow cooker?  Add all of your ingredients to the slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
