Vegan Pumpkin Pie


Add all the pie ingredients (except crust) to a blender and puree until smooth. 

Pour pureed filling into a vegan pie crust and bake. 

Bake until filling is a darker brown color and crust is golden. Allow to cool completely. 

Allow to chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before slicing. Top with vegan whipped cream.
