Vegan Spinach Quiche with JUST Egg

INGREDIENTS

Add the oil, onion, pepper, and spinach to a pan and sauté.

Add sautéed veggies to a bowl with vegan cheese. black salt, and JUST egg. 

Pour the egg mixture into a pie crust and bake until firm.

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. 

Great for meal prep as these are also freezer friendly.
